Fulbright-Stipendien:
Fulbright-Stipendien werden dreimal jährlich ausgeschrieben und richten sich an deutsche Doktoranden, die am Beginn ihrer Promotion stehen (im ersten oder im zweiten Promotionsjahr) und in diesem Zusammenhang einen vier-bis neunmonatigen Forschungsaufenthalt an einer amerikanischen Gastinstitution durchführen möchten. DPG - Mentoring-Programm: Du stehst kurz vor dem Berufseinstieg in die Wirtschaft? Dann ist das DPG-Mentoring-Programm genau das Richtige, um dich mit einem erfahrenen Physiker oder einer Physikerin auszutauschen. Das Mentoring-Programm bietet wertvolle erste Kontakte in die Berufswelt und einen intensiven Austausch mit einer Mentorin/ einem Mentor und einem Netzwerk aus insgesamt 160 TeilnehmerInnen. Es richtet sich an alle AbsolventInnen (Master, Diplom oder Promotion), die bereits einen Abschluss haben oder ihn im Laufe des Mentoring-Jahres (September 2017 bis September 2018) erreichen werden und planen, zukünftig in Industrie und Wirtschaft zu arbeiten. Eine Bewerbung ist noch bis zum 30. April möglich. Weitere Infos findet ihr hier.

Joachim Herz Stiftung: Begegnungszonen - Interdisciplinary research calls for communication and appropriate networks. With the program "Begegnungszonen", the Joachim Herz Stiftung supports events for young scientists. The aim is for them to learn new ways of working and work methodologies and to forge new contacts at the same time. The request for proposals is aimed at the organizers of events such as workshops, summer schools or other meetings in the natural sciences. The deadline for applications is June 13, 2018.
